Grazing Fields has succeeded as a Michigan farmers cooperative for over twenty years in delivering humanely-raised eggs. Now it wanted to expand its lines to include frozen pork. MOVE developed a “hub and spokes” strategic plan that would help Grazing Fields accomplish this goal by identifying all the marketing elements needed for a successful launch…from a refreshed logo, to new labels, to a content marketing and sales CRM. The product is now in stores and starting to fly off the shelves.
